We’re excited to announce that Bob Glassey, our former Acting Practice Manager at Bluff Community Medical, has joined us this week as our new ACC Pou Arahi Navigator!
In his new role, Bob will be providing whānau-centered services and leading complex ACC navigation cases. He’ll be focused on improving access to ACC services and empowering whānau to take charge of their ACC journey, offering support every step of the way.
With 35 years of experience in the medical field, including working as an on-road paramedic and manager at St John, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Bob is looking forward to his new role at Nga Kete, sharing “I’ve heard great stories about the mahi and the journeys people have had with Nga Kete, and I wanted to be a part of it.”
