Ngā Kete Mātauranga Pounamu Charitable Trustis seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our Mahana Southern Māori Mental Health and Addiction team based in Dunedin.

As the first point of contact for our clients, whānau, and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment while providing high-quality administrative support to our service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Outstanding people skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and whānau
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • A current full driver's licence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of, and commitment to, Tikanga Māori
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to your work
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to assist with a variety of duties as required

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
