He Puna Waiora Wellness Centre Practice Manager Maria Colligan-Ward and nurse Isobel King attended the Well Child & Whānau Day at Awarua Whānau Services this month.
During the event, Maria and Isobel provided diabetes checks in collaboration with SIT nursing students, offered HPV self-swabs, discussed the upcoming Point-of-Care Testing soon to be launched at HPW, and shared information about the range of services available through NKMP and He Puna Waiora.
It was wonderful to connect with whānau and kōrero about ways we can support community health and wellbeing.
