He Puna Waiora Wellness Centre and Bluff Community Medical Centre are seeking two motivated staff members to join our busy health services team.

We are seeking one full-time Receptionist/Administrator/Debt Administrator based at He Puna Waiora (Invercargill), and one Flexi Receptionist/Administrator (20-30 hours) working across both He Puna Waiora and Bluff Community Medical Centre. Rosters will apply.

These roles involve providing high-quality reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our practices. The flexi role is ideal for someone who enjoys adapting to different environments and being part of two friendly practice teams.

To be successful in either position, you will have
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail, and a positive patient-focused approach
• A full drivers’ license
• Previous medical practice or office administration experience is highly desirable, along with sound computer and organisational skills.
You will be joining a team of experienced health professionals who are passionate about delivering high quality, patient-centered care to our communities in Invercargill and Bluff.
