COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinating

We are a designated COVID-19 testing and vaccinating site. FREE SERVICE - OPEN TO ALL.

He Puna Waiora Wellness Centre (GP Practice) is open daily Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

We are also a designated vaccinating site. Clinics run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-3.30pm at Level 1, 92 Spey Street, Invercargill. You can park on the ramp (access from Yarrow Street opposite the Salvation Army Family Store). Give us a call for more information 0800 925 242.

 

Testing

Concerned? Have a respiratory infection and at least one of the following, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell with or without fever?

We have approval to test all people irrespective if they are a patient of our service or not, so that’s you and your whanau etc.

Your appointment:
You drive up the back ramp at your appointed time (We are situated at 92 Spey St Invercargill but you’ll come via the Yarrow St side of our building, directly across from the Big Blue Salvation Army Family Store), remain in your car and the GP and or Nurse will come out in full PPE gear to take your test. Test results generally take 24-48 hours.
This service is here for you should you have suspect symptoms as noted above.
